Best Bachelorette beach bodies! Trista Sutter, Ashley Hebert and Ali Fedotowsky reveal their diet and fitness secrets

It isn't easy to look this good in a bikini, but Trista Sutter, Ashley Hebert and Ali Fedotowsky worked hard to look this good.
Each of the three former Bachelorette stars has a different reason to stay in shape, as well.
Ashley, 26, will be the second Bachelorette ever to walk down the aisle with the man of her dreams on national TV.

She actually credits fiance J.P. Rosenbaum with helping her to shed weight, though she didn't need to lose much, if any, in the first place.

'He'll make a piece of lean meat and a vegetable', the former dental assistant said, though admitted she found her fiance's food choices bland in comparison to her affinity for rich Italian confections.
She doesn't deny herself the things she loves most, though. 'Every so often, I'll have pasta and cream sauce -- but it's a splurge,' she admits.
To workout, she's been taking body-sculpting and spin classes to work the areas she dislikes, like her inner thighs and lower abdomen.

'Lifting weights burns more calories than cardio,' she notes.
For breakfast the reality star, who looks stunning here in an electric blue bikini, will eat yogourt, fruit and granola or sunny-side up eggs.
Lunch is a salad with chicken, and dinner is lean meat and vegetables: she tries to stay away from white rice and white pasta, as it's carbohydrate heavy.
Ali Fedtotowsky, photographed here barefoot in a salmon pink bikini, recently called it quits with her fiance, Roberto Martinez.

Now that she's back on the market, she wants to look good and feel confident.

Part of that is giving up comfort food that made her 'balloon up' after her breakup, like croissants, soft pretzels and corn dogs.

She's since stopped her binging and has been taking hip hop and Zumba lessons to trim down.

'When I am ready to date, that guy better love me, even if I have cellulite!' the 27-year-old vows. 'Take me as I am!'

Though she does hasten to add soberly: 'I'll always love Roberto.'

Trista Sutter was the very first Bachelorette, and her marriage is one that has endured; she and husband Ryan have been married since 2003.

She is also the mother of Max, 4, and Blakesley, 2, and admits that she has even considered getting breast implants to get her former body back.

The 39-year-old now looks fabulous at 104 pounds thanks to doing interval training, squats and crunches before bed every night.

'Ryan never told me to lose weight - I put pressure on myself. I wanted to feel confident and sexy,' she explains.

She adds: 'The other night, Ryan said, 'I think you look better than you've ever looked.''
